Meet Claude: search your Knowledge Graph right from Claude chat

GuidedMind now connects to Claude over MCP. Ask Claude a question and it can search your Knowledge Graph — plus deeper node analysis, graph filters, and better extraction.

The headline: Claude + GuidedMind

The biggest change this cycle is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration that connects GuidedMind directly to Claude.

What that means in practice: Claude and GuidedMind now work together. You can ask Claude a question in your normal Claude chat, and Claude can reach into your GuidedMind workspace to search your Knowledge Graph and ground its answer in your data. No copy-pasting, no exporting — your graph is a live tool Claude can call.

To keep the connection safe and explicit, we added an MCP OAuth consent screen, so you control exactly what Claude is allowed to access.

Deeper into your graph

Alongside the integration, we made the Knowledge Graph itself easier to understand and work with:

• Node analysis — click any node to see its provenance (where it came from), a generated description, its similarity to related nodes, and the ability to merge duplicates
• Graph filters — narrow the graph by the attributes that matter to you, instead of staring at every node at once
• Better extraction — our graph extraction engine now produces cleaner, more accurate entities and relationships

Why this matters

Your knowledge graph is only as useful as how easily you can reach it. Before, that meant coming to GuidedMind. Now the graph meets you where you already work — inside Claude. And when you do come back to the dashboard, the new node analysis and filters make it far easier to verify exactly what Claude (or you) is looking at.

Getting started

1. Connect Claude — enable the MCP connection from your GuidedMind settings and approve the consent screen
2. Ask in Claude — try a question that should be answered by your data
3. Verify in the dashboard — open the graph, filter to the relevant area, and inspect any node's provenance

What's next

We're expanding the MCP surface so Claude can do more than search — think writing back to your workspace and running multi-step graph operations. More soon.
