Under the hood: a more secure, observable platform

We identified and closed 47 vulnerabilities — including 7 critical — added Datadog log collection, and shipped admin process monitoring.

Security: 47 vulnerabilities closed, 7 of them critical

This cycle we ran a full security audit across the platform and its dependencies. The result: 47 vulnerabilities identified and closed, including 7 critical.

Closing criticals isn't just a number — it's the difference between a hardened platform and one with a known, exploitable gap. Every one of the 47 has been patched and verified, and we've tightened our dependency pipeline so new vulnerabilities are caught earlier, not after they ship.

Security is a baseline for trusting an AI system with your data. If you're evaluating us for a regulated or sensitive workload, this is the kind of work that happens quietly in the background — and it's why we're sharing it.

Observability: Datadog log collection

You can't fix what you can't see. We've wired Datadog log collection into our deployment pipeline, so application logs are now centrally collected, searchable, and correlated. For our team that means faster diagnosis when something behaves unexpectedly. For you, it means fewer "we're looking into it" moments and quicker resolutions.

Admin process monitoring

We also shipped a new process monitoring view in the admin dashboard, giving our operators real-time visibility into the health of the services that power your workspace. Combined with log collection, this closes the loop: we can see a problem, find its cause, and act on it.

Why we're telling you

Most of this work is invisible by design. But security and reliability are promises, not features — and we'd rather show our work than just claim it. This is part of the same commitment behind our SOC 2 Type II certification.
